What Is Reiki?

The USUI system of Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is, in its simplest translation, "universal life energy." The 2,500 year-old practice of Reiki is the art and science of being able to channel this universal life force energy to promote mental, physical and spiritual well being.

Those suffering from an illness, mental, physical or spiritual are often unable or too exhausted to effectively deal with their condition. Reiki works to assist you in bringing your energy level back up to its natural flow, in turn empowering and enhancing your own natural healing abliity. A Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) Therapy aiding in the healing of disease, reducing stress, aiding relaxation and restoring energy in pre and post operative situations.
